This 60-acre Estate sleeps 25 people comfortably. With three unique properties (The Main House, The Guest House, and The Loft), there’s plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy a weekend of flag football on the lawn, tailgating, and cheering on your favorite teams.
Take advantage of our large commercial outdoor grill and when you’re done celebrating a victory, go for a night swim in the beautiful pool.
We’re easily accessible via I-85 and only 25 minutes from Athens.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, crockpots, a microwave, and a commercial ice machine. We also offer services such as stocking the fridge and are happy to provide local catering recommendations so you have everything you need for a memorable tailgate and weekend.
